Information we collect

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if included) and the content of your message. We use this only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete correspondence we no longer need.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) are installed.
• No advertising networks, social media pixels or embedded third-party widgets are used.
• Comments are switched off and there are no contact forms, accounts or newsletters for visitors.
• All images are served from our own site rather than from third-party image services.

Cookies

The site does not set cookies for ordinary visitors for analytics or advertising. Cookies are used only when the site administrator logs in to manage the site. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical measures for security and performance. If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where required.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to official and third-party websites, such as Khao Yai National Park, the State Railway of Thailand, wineries and, in future, accommodation providers. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run this website (our web host and email provider) or where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its use. To make a request, email us at the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site collects or uses data, we will update this page and its effective date.
